As a Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I offer comprehensive support for a variety of breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and bottle feeding challenges. Below are a list of the most common reasons a parent would book a visit with me:
Do you have feeding concerns about yourself or your baby? If so, you’re in the right place! This comprehensive lactation service covers breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, supplementing and/or formula feeding.
No need to leave your home in the first few weeks postpartum, as I come to you! During this extended 90 minute visit, there will be ample time to weigh your baby, do a feeding assessment, and provide assistance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding your baby. We will talk about options to address your concerns, and come up with a plan that works for your family. You will receive advice and recommendations during the visit and a written care plan with resources emailed afterwards.
Some feeding challenges require several visits and ongoing follow-up to see improvement. Subsequent visits may be booked as in-home visits, or in-clinic visits, depending on your preference. Reach out if you have any questions.
Last but not least: please don’t stress about cleaning or tidying prior to my visit! Feel free to answer the door in your pj’s if that is what’s most comfortable. I look forward to meeting you!

Conveniently located in the Althea Wellness Centre: #204 – 22314 Fraser Highway, Langley (only a few blocks from the Langley Memorial Hospital). This service is for any lactation-related or infant feeding concerns.
Includes a weight check of your baby, a feeding assessment, and assistance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding your baby (as needed). You will receive advice and recommendations during the visit.
Clinic visits will focus on the primary concern(s) identified at the time, and additional visits will be recommended if ongoing support is desired.

Do you wish you could have full-time access to a lactation and feeding expert? If so, then this package is for you!
Includes a 90 minute home visit (booked within 2-3 weeks of your baby’s birth), then a 60 minute subsequent home visit (1-2 weeks later), then two 30 minute virtual check in calls. All of these visits will take place over 4-6 weeks from the initial visit. You’ll receive email support for 7 consecutive days following each home visit, and additional email support can be added on if needed.

Are you struggling with feeding your baby but too far away for an in-person visit? Good news! I can support you virtually, for any families who live in British Columbia.
This 60 minute online session is also a good option if you need advice right away (i.e. your baby refuses to nurse, you have clogged ducts or mastitis, or would like support with weaning).
Includes a feeding assessment and discussion of your concerns regarding yourself and your baby. A brief written summary with recommendations and resources will be emailed within 24-48hrs.
Check-In Calls: This online session (or phone call) is ONLY for past clients who would like additional support for new or ongoing feeding concerns.
