Baby Prep: Learn To Feed Your baby

Virtual or In-Home

This is a 60 minute individualized session with a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse.  You’ll learn all the ins and outs of how to breastfeed your baby. We’ll talk about antenatal hand expression, how to ensure you have a great milk supply, how to latch on and position your baby, and how to decide which breast pump or other products you may need.

Couples Baby Prep: Learn To Feed Your Baby

Private In-Home Class

This 3 hour private in-home class for you and your partner is focused on all the ways to feed your baby and how to work together as a team to achieve your feeding goals. We’ll cover breast/chestfeeding, bottle-feeding and formula feeding (if desired). We’ll talk about all the things you need to know to feed your baby including overcoming the biggest early feeding challenges. Will discuss normal newborn sleep patterns and how this plays a role in how your baby feeds. We will talk about all the baby products that are need-to-have and nice-to-have for your baby.  Includes a comprehensive E-Book for your reference.  

*This service is offered 1-2x per month on a Thursday evening and a Saturday. Please contact me to discuss other date/time options.
