The postpartum period is a beautiful time, and also really overwhelming. You are recovering from birth as well as moving though immense physical and emotional changes, all while caring for a newborn. 

As a Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant, I want you to have consistent, quality support for both you and your new baby. My fourth trimester support packages focus on the whole family. Learn more below.

 

How I can Help

  • Show you ways to calm and soothe your fussy baby
  • Give you tips to help your baby sleep more at night
  • Teach you about normal newborn sleep habits, awake periods and naps
  • Give you advice to make feeding your baby easier: includes breastfeeding, bottle feeding, & formula feeding
  • Show you the best ways to care for your baby including giving a bath, diapering, trimming nails, and more
  • Help you establish a routine with your new baby that includes taking time for yourself
  • Discuss practical strategies to make life with a newborn easier
  • Provide you with evidence based information so you can make the best decisions for yourself and your baby
  • Ensure you are recovering well emotionally and physically and send referrals to other providers as needed

This package covers infant feeding, newborn care, newborn sleep, postpartum wellness, adjusting to life with a newborn, and much more.  Includes:

  • One 90-minute home visit
  • Email support for two weeks following your visit
  • Extensive Newborn eBook to use as a reference

NURTURED NEWBORN PACKAGE: BOOK NOW

In Home Visit Area Served with extra travel fee: Chilliwack, Delta, Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, North Vancouver. If you live in these locations, please contact me with your request instead of booking online

Premium Newborn Package

This package covers infant feeding, newborn care, newborn sleep, postpartum wellness, adjusting to life with a newborn, and much more.  Includes:

  • Two 90-minute home visits
  • Email support for 4 weeks following your first visit
  • Two 20-30 minute coaching calls
  • Extensive newborn eBook to use as a reference
